Now as it is evident from the results of General Elections of Pakistan that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) will be the ruling party for next five years. The people of Pakistan have expressed their confidence on the leader ship of Imran Khan by awarding him the much awaited victory.

Keeping in view the current financial outlook of the country, good governance and improving the economic situation will be the most challenging task for the new government.

There are various issues requiring immediate attention like betterment in financial and economic situation of the country, putting leash on the rising dollar, checking the devaluing local currency, decline in trade activities import and exports, improvement in balance of payment, international debt servicing and handling, control over non-developmental expenditure, boosting industrial and agro sectors through providing resources, dealing with energy crisis and handling circular debts problem.

The new government would be required to take radical steps on war-footing basis to control the deteriorating situation of the economy. Synchronization and harmony among various institutions of both civil and non-civil types is vital for running the day-to-day operations smoothly. Elimination or putting the leash on the elements causing un-rest in the country is required.

This is the time for taking serious measures for improving the situation; political parties, other contributing and controlling authorities should realize and work together to make “Pakistan” a prosperous peaceful welfare state.

It is not only the obligation of government, judiciary, bureaucracy, civil and military officials, but every member of the society should understand the importance of his/her role, responsibility and duty towards the nation and the country.

Congratulations to Pakistan, Imran Khan and his team and Best of Luck!
