State Bank of Pakistan has advised the commercial banks and other financial institutions to print on all the bank statement provided to the customers, a message to contact banking mohtasib in case their complaints are not entertained by the concerned bank within 45 days. The above step can rightly be considered as an important step by SBP for creating awareness in general customers about the Banking Mohtasib.
